Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off 6 new Vande Bharat trains today from Tatanagar Junction in Jharkhand, expanding the fleet from 54 to 60 train sets. These high-speed trains will cover routes like Tatanagar-Patna, Rourkela-Howrah, and Deoghar-Varanasi. Designed under the 'Make in India' initiative, Vande Bharat trains offer faster connectivity, safety, and world-class amenities. The Railway Ministry highlighted the significant impact these trains have had, with over 3.17 crore passengers carried since their launch, transforming Indian Railways with modern, efficient services.
