Four Border Security Force (BSF) jawans were killed, and 28 others were injured when their bus fell into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday. The bus, carrying 36 BSF personnel for election duty during the second phase of the Assembly polls, veered off the road near Brell village in Watarhaal. Rescue efforts, involving locals, led to the injured being rushed to nearby hospitals. Visuals from the site show the bus completely crumpled. Investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing.
