Rahul Gandhi has demanded Prime Minister Modi clarify whether the BJP plans to revive the controversial farm laws, after BJP MP Kangana Ranaut proposed bringing them back. Gandhi warned that the INDIA alliance would oppose any such move, recalling the martyrdom of over 700 farmers during the protests against the now-repealed laws. He criticized the BJP’s strategy, asking, “Who is deciding the government’s policy, a BJP MP or the Prime Minister?” Ranaut later issued an apology, stating her views were personal and do not represent the party.
