PM Modi Inaugurates Mumbai's First Underground Metro Line 3, Check Fares and Timings

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Mumbai's first underground metro, the Aqua Line (Mumbai Metro 3), on Saturday. The new 12.44-km stretch connects Colaba to Seepz, with 10 stations along the route. Trains will operate 96 daily trips with fares ranging from ₹10 to ₹50. Services will run from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM on weekdays and from 8:30 AM on weekends. Passengers can buy tickets via an app or at stations. The entire Metro Line 3 is set to be completed by June 2025, developed at a cost of ₹32,000 crore.
