Doctor Couple Saves Passenger's Life Mid-Air On Bengaluru-Kolkata Flight

A Bengaluru-Kolkata Indigo flight faced a medical emergency when a passenger in his forties developed severe breathlessness and vomited blood mid-flight. Dr. M M Samim, a neurologist, and his wife Dr. Naznin Parvin, a pediatrician, along with a surgeon, rushed to his aid. They stabilized the man, who was suffering from a chronic liver condition, using on-board medical supplies. Their quick action saved the passenger’s life and prevented a flight diversion to Bhubaneswar. The flight landed safely in Kolkata, where the patient was transferred to an ambulance for further treatment.
