India Slams Canada’s PM Trudeau for ‘Naked Interference,’ Rejects Allegations Against Indian Diplomats in Latest Row

India strongly condemned Canada’s diplomatic communication, which labeled the Indian High Commissioner and other diplomats as "persons of interest." In a statement, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) rejected the "preposterous imputations" and accused Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of using vote bank politics to further his political agenda. The MEA also highlighted Trudeau’s hostility towards India, citing past incidents and Canada’s failure to provide evidence in the Hardeep Singh Nijjar case. India vowed to take further action in response to these accusations and criticized Canada for harboring extremists who threaten Indian diplomats.
