Two Migrant Workers from Uttar Pradesh Shot in Kashmir’s Budgam, Fourth Attack in Two Weeks

Two migrant workers from Uttar Pradesh, Usman Malik (20) and Sofiyan (25), were shot at in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district today. Fortunately, both are out of danger. This incident marks the fourth attack on migrant workers in the Kashmir Valley within two weeks. Previously, seven people, including a local doctor and two Bihar workers, were killed in Ganderbal district on October 20. Authorities identified one of the terrorists as a local from Kulgam, who joined a terror group in 2023, and the other is believed to be from Pakistan. Investigations are ongoing.
