A MiG-29 fighter jet crashed into a field near Agra, Uttar Pradesh, during a routine training sortie, reportedly due to a technical glitch. The Indian Air Force confirmed that the pilot successfully ejected before the crash, ensuring no casualties on the ground. The aircraft took off from Adampur, Punjab, and was en route to Agra when the incident occurred. "A court of inquiry has been ordered to investigate the cause of the accident," stated the IAF. This incident follows another MiG-29 crash in Rajasthan last month, where the pilot also ejected safely.
