The Indian Army conducted a successful patrol in Ladakh's Depsang region, days after patrolling Demchok, following the disengagement with China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). The patrol, held on Monday, marks another step towards peace in eastern Ladakh after a four-year standoff. Defence sources said the patrols were part of an agreement between India and China, allowing multiple patrols in the region with prior notification.
