Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan received a ransom threat call at the Mumbai Bandra police station from a young man named Faizan in Raipur, who allegedly demanded ₹50 lakh. Mumbai Police quickly registered a case, and a team was dispatched to Raipur, tracing Faizan’s location via his phone. This incident follows an earlier death threat Khan received in October 2023, after his successful films Pathaan and Jawan. In response, Mumbai Police elevated Khan’s security to Y+ level, providing him with six armed guards for constant protection, up from his previous cover of two armed personnel.
