The first phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections saw a voter turnout of 59.28% by 3 pm on November 13. The highest turnout was recorded in Seraikella-Kharsawan with 66.38%. Voting took place across 43 constituencies. Prominent figures, including former cricket captain MS Dhoni, also cast their votes in Ranchi. PM Modi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge urged citizens to vote in large numbers.
