Over 59% Voter Turnout Recorded in Jharkhand's 43 Seats by 3pm

The first phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections saw a voter turnout of 59.28% by 3 pm on November 13. The highest turnout was recorded in Seraikella-Kharsawan with 66.38%. Voting took place across 43 constituencies. Prominent figures, including former cricket captain MS Dhoni, also cast their votes in Ranchi. PM Modi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge urged citizens to vote in large numbers. The elections are being closely watched as they will decide the fate of 81 legislative assembly seats in the state.
