Over 100 passengers of an Air India flight from Phuket to New Delhi have been stranded for over 80 hours due to repeated technical issues. The flight, scheduled for November 16, initially faced delays before taking off but was forced to make an emergency landing in Phuket after two-and-a-half hours. Passengers allege poor communication and inadequate assistance during the ordeal. Air India provided hotel accommodations, meals, refunds, and rescheduling options, emphasizing safety as its priority. However, many passengers, including children and the elderly, remain frustrated. Around 40 passengers are still in Phuket, awaiting further arrangements, according to airline sources.
