Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde has left the decision for Maharashtra’s next Chief Minister to PM Modi and the BJP leadership. Shinde assured his support, stating, "I will not be an obstacle." Following Mahayuti’s victory in the Assembly polls with 230 seats, speculation grows around Devendra Fadnavis becoming the Chief Minister. BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP leaders are set to meet in Delhi to finalize the decision. While Shinde's supporters demand his return as CM, Ajit Pawar and the RSS have backed Fadnavis. The BJP secured 132 seats, Shiv Sena 57, and NCP 41 in the 288-seat Assembly.
