Mumbai’s Powai Police arrested Aditya Pandit (27) for allegedly abetting the suicide of Air India pilot Srishti Tuli (25), found dead in her Marol flat on Monday. Tuli’s family accused Pandit of harassment, public humiliation, and forcing her to quit eating non-vegetarian food. The couple met during her training in Delhi and later lived together in Mumbai. The police revealed frequent arguments, with Pandit taunting her and withdrawing money from her bank account. Tuli called Pandit before her death, hinting at suicide. Arrested under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Pandit is in custody for four days.
