Reddy argued Arjun cannot be held liable for the Hyderabad stampede during the Pushpa 2 screening, comparing it to Khan’s Raees case where the court cleared the actor. The High Court expressed concern over Arjun's arrest, stating his right to life and liberty. Bhaskar, the complainant and husband of the deceased, said he does not hold Arjun responsible and is ready to withdraw the case. The court is reviewing whether negligence charges apply to Arjun or others involved.
