Telugu superstar Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13, 2024, in connection with the tragic death of a woman in a stampede during the premiere of his film Pushpa 2: The Rule in Hyderabad. Following the arrest, Allu Arjun was granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court. However, delays in the paperwork caused him to spend a night in Chikkadpally Central Jail. The actor was released the following day after the procedural issues were resolved. Meanwhile, the husband of the deceased woman expressed willingness to withdraw the case, stating that Allu Arjun had no involvement in the incident.
