Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan narrowly escaped a major spine injury after being stabbed six times by a burglar at his Mumbai residence. Doctors at Lilavati Hospital revealed the knife missed his spinal cord by just 2 mm. Despite being in shock and covered in blood, Saif "walked in like a tiger," said neurosurgeon Dr. Nitin Dange, calling him "very fortunate." Saif underwent emergency surgery to remove the knife and repair spinal fluid leakage. The actor, 54, sustained multiple wounds but has shown satisfactory recovery and is now out of the ICU. He is expected to be discharged soon.
