Union Minister Shivraj Chouhan criticised Air India after being given a broken seat on a flight from Bhopal to Delhi. He shared his experience in a post on X, calling it unfair to passengers. Chouhan said the airline knew about the faulty seat but still sold the ticket. He completed the 1.30-hour journey without changing seats. Air India apologised and promised to fix the issue. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu has ordered an inquiry. Many passengers have complained about Air India's poor service, despite improvements under the Tata Group's management.
