Justice Sanjeev Narula highlighted that the brief duration of T20 matches necessitates immediate blocking of infringing sites to avert significant financial losses and protect Star India's broadcast reproduction rights. The court directed Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and relevant government departments to promptly block access to these unauthorized platforms, ensuring real-time protection of Star India's content during the tournament.
