India strongly condemned a security breach during External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar’s UK visit, where Khalistani extremists protested outside London’s Chatham House. One protester tore the Indian flag in front of police, raising diplomatic concerns. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) called the act “provocative” and urged the UK to uphold its obligations. Videos showed extremists chanting slogans and confronting Jaishankar’s convoy. Despite the incident, Jaishankar engaged in talks with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, discussing bilateral ties.
