Tragic accident in Vadodara claimed the life of 35-year-old Hemali Patel and left her husband, Purav Patel, critically injured. The couple was riding a scooter with their daughter when a speeding car hit them in the Karelibaug area. Five others were also injured. The driver, Rakshit Chaurasia, a law student, was allegedly intoxicated. A viral video showed him acting strangely. He has been arrested and charged with culpable homicide. Witnesses say the car was moving at high speed. One of the injured, Vikas Kevlani, has called for strict action to prevent such accidents.
