In a rare and shocking terror attack, militants opened fire on a group of tourists at Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, killing one and injuring twelve others. The Resistance Front (TRF), an offshoot of Lashkar-e-Taiba, claimed responsibility. The attackers, dressed in fatigues, struck around 2:30 PM on Tuesday. Visuals showed chaos, with injured tourists crying for help. Four victims are in critical condition. Security forces swiftly cordoned off the area and began combing operations.
