Manjunath, a tourist from Shivamogga, Karnataka, was killed in a terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, while vacationing with his wife Pallavi and their son. Pallavi recounted the horrific moment, saying her husband was shot dead in front of her. She alleged the attackers targeted Hindus and quoted one saying, "Go tell this to Modi." Locals helped her escape. Pallavi has appealed for her husband's body to be airlifted urgently. The attack has drawn widespread condemnation, including from Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, who promised full support to the family and assured that the government is monitoring the situation closely.
