Jal Shakti Minister CR Paatil declared that India would not allow a "single drop" of water to flow into Pakistan following the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty. This move is a retaliation against Pakistan’s alleged involvement in the Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives. Paatil made the statement after a high-level meeting chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss future actions. Prime Minister Modi's directives were also discussed in the meeting.
