The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has confirmed Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed’s involvement in the recent Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 civilian lives. Sources revealed Saeed was relocated to a secure hideout in Lahore's Mian Mir Cantonment by Pakistan’s ISI, four months prior to the attack. The Resistance Front (TRF), a Lashkar proxy, claimed responsibility for the brutal assault in Baisaran valley. The move, reportedly driven by fears of an Indian retaliatory strike, underscores growing international pressure on Pakistan to act against terror groups operating from its soil. NIA has submitted its findings to the Ministry of Home Affairs. (PC: Times Now)
