Prince Harry has lost his Court of Appeal challenge regarding the level of personal security he receives during visits to the UK. The Duke of Sussex had argued he was unfairly treated after his taxpayer-funded protection was downgraded in 2020, following his departure as a working royal. Claiming he faced "unjustified and inferior treatment," Harry’s case was rejected by three judges. Sir Geoffrey Vos acknowledged the arguments were "powerful and moving" but said they did not constitute a valid legal claim. The prince may now seek to escalate the case to the UK Supreme Court for further review. (PC: BBC)
