Home Secretary Govind Mohan chaired a meeting with Chief Secretaries and Civil Defence Chiefs to coordinate efforts, focusing on 244 Civil Defence Districts, particularly in border states like Rajasthan, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, and the Northeast.
