In the latest developments from Operation Sindoor, India successfully thwarted Pakistan’s attempt to target military infrastructure in 15 cities using drones and missiles. The Defence Ministry confirmed that Pakistan’s missile strike aimed at Awantipura, Srinagar, Jammu, and several other locations was neutralised. Indian forces also destroyed a Pakistani air defence system in Lahore. This came hours after India launched 24 missiles targeting terror bases in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir, killing over 70 terrorists in retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26. The strikes targeted key strongholds of terror groups Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. (NDTV)
