53-year-old man has been arrested after driving into a crowd during Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade. The car hit several people on Water Street as fans gathered to celebrate. Witnesses said the car sped into the crowd and seemed to do it on purpose. People screamed and tried to stop the car. Police and ambulances rushed to the scene. Some people were taken away on stretchers. The driver stayed at the scene and was detained. Prime Minister Keir Starmer called the incident "appalling".
