Jyoti Malhotra, a Haryana-based YouTuber known for her travel content, was arrested on May 15, 2025, for allegedly engaging in espionage activities with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). According to police, Malhotra was fully aware that at least four of her Pakistani contacts, including Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, were ISI operatives. Forensic analysis of her devices revealed 12 terabytes of sensitive data, including chats, videos, and financial records linked to these individuals. She has been booked under the Official Secrets Act and sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and is currently in judicial custody pending further investigation. (PC: Hindustan Times)
