Israel has denied firing at a US-backed aid centre in Rafah, Gaza, where 31 people were reportedly killed. The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza said the deaths happened during an attack on the centre. But Israel said its army did not shoot at civilians and called the reports false and made up. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation also denied any deaths, blaming Hamas for spreading fake news. Some reports earlier claimed warning shots were fired. The UN has raised concern, saying Gaza is facing severe hunger and that aid sites are turning into danger zones for innocent people. (PC: AFP)
