A video of a grieving father, BT Lakshma, mourning at his son’s grave has gone viral. His 21-year-old son, Bhumik, died in the Bengaluru stampede during RCB’s IPL victory parade. The father lay beside the grave and said, “I want to stay here too.” The tragedy killed 11 people and injured 47. The Karnataka government has suspended five police officers and taken action against top officials. The BJP blamed the Congress-led government, calling the event poorly planned.
