The honeymoon murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi has taken a chilling turn. An autopsy revealed he was hit twice—on the front and back of his head—before his body was found in a gorge near Weisawdong Falls, Meghalaya. Police suspect his wife Sonam conspired with her lover Raj Kushwaha and three accomplices to execute the murder. The couple had married on May 11 and arrived in Meghalaya on May 20. Suspicion arose after Sonam went missing and Raja’s jewelry was found stolen. Four people, including Sonam and Raj, have been arrested. A bloodied machete and raincoat were later recovered.
