Austria's deadliest school shooting claimed 11 lives after a former student opened fire at Dreierschützengasse secondary school in Graz. The 21-year-old gunman, who didn't graduate from the school, killed 10 people including seven pupils before taking his own life. "A school is more than just a place to learn - it is a space for trust," Chancellor Christian Stocker said, declaring it a "national tragedy." The gunman legally owned two firearms and acted alone, police confirmed. Austria declared three days of mourning with flags at half-mast. Long queues formed at blood donation centers as the community rallied together. (PC: AP)
