Sonam Raghuvanshi allegedly plotted her husband Raja's murder days after their wedding, coordinating with lover Raj Kushwaha from Indore. Police say Sonam warned Raj she'd push Raja off a hill during their Meghalaya honeymoon if hired killers failed. To delay intimacy, she suggested a temple visit en route. On May 23, they left a homestay; 10 days later, Raja’s body was found in a gorge. He had two sharp head injuries. Three men, allegedly hired by Sonam, were arrested. Sonam surrendered in UP on June 8. Raj and the others are in Meghalaya Police custody. (PC: India Today)
