One Black Box Recovered After Ahmedabad Air India Crash; 265 Bodies Sent to Hospital

One black box from the crashed Air India Flight 171 has been recovered, aviation officials confirmed. The recorder found was located at the aircraft’s rear, while the search continues for the second black box in the front section. The London-bound Boeing 787 crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, killing all 242 onboard and several on the ground. Police said 265 bodies have been brought to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. Among the victims are four MBBS students, a doctor's wife, and three missing members of a doctor’s family. BJ Medical College hostel was among the worst-hit areas.
