Congress Parliamentary Party Chief Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi on Sunday night due to stomach-related issues. According to a statement by Dr. Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of the hospital, Gandhi is stable and under observation in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology. This marks the second such hospital visit this year, following her February admission for similar issues. Last week, she was also admitted to a Shimla hospital due to high blood pressure. Officials say this latest admission is precautionary. Doctors are closely monitoring the veteran Congress leader’s condition, and further updates are awaited.
