The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed that Israel successfully struck Iran’s underground Natanz nuclear enrichment facility during recent air raids. Once considered nearly impenetrable, the underground site suffered direct hits, according to high-resolution satellite imagery. The overground section had been destroyed earlier. IAEA chief Rafael Grossi said the attack likely damaged centrifuges due to disruption in power supply. No damage was reported at Iran’s other nuclear sites in Isfahan and Fordow. IAEA is still unable to physically inspect the site due to the ongoing conflict and continues assessments using satellite data and local sources. (PC: NDTV)
