Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced he’ll meet Russian President Putin in Moscow Monday, after the U.S. bombed three Iranian nuclear sites overnight. Speaking at the OIC summit in Istanbul, Araghchi condemned the U.S. strikes—coordinated with Israel—as a "gross violation" of international law and a red line, invoking Iran’s right to self‑defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter. Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president, accused the U.S. of launching a new war and argued the strikes failed, warning that Iran’s enrichment and nuclear development will continue. He further claimed that "a number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads," without naming them.
