At least 69 people, including 21 children, have died in devastating flash floods across central Texas, with Kerrville County worst hit. Former Presidents Obama and Bush expressed heartbreak over the tragedy, while President Trump called it an “unimaginable” loss. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has deployed swiftwater rescue teams.
