Blair Herber, 13, and her sister Brooke, 11, were found dead with their hands locked together after flash floods devastated Hunt, Texas. The Dallas sisters had texted "I love you" to their parents and grandparents before floodwaters swept through their cabin along the Guadalupe River. Their parents survived but were unable to reach them. The girls’ grandparents remain missing. The floods have killed at least 82 people, with many still unaccounted for. US President Trump and Texas Governor Greg Abbott have signed emergency declarations. Search and rescue operations are ongoing across central Texas following the July 4 weekend disaster. (PC: HT)
