Tahawwur Rana Admits Role In 26/11 Mumbai Attacks, Confirms LeT, ISI, Pak Army Links During NIA Interrogation

Tahawwur Hussain Rana, extradited from the US in May 2025, has confessed to key details of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks during NIA custody, sources revealed. He admitted being in Mumbai during the attacks and said it was part of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) plan. Rana confirmed training with David Headley and linked the plot to Pakistan’s ISI and army, which he claimed had sent him to Saudi Arabia during the Khaleej War. He also acknowledged inspecting attack sites like CST. Mumbai Police are preparing to arrest Rana, a Pakistani-origin Canadian, for his role in conspiracy, murder, and terrorism. (PC: India Today)
