A month after the tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad that killed 250, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) is set to release its preliminary report. Investigators are focusing on the movement of fuel control switches in the cockpit and whether they were toggled inadvertently. The black box has been recovered, with both voice and flight data recorders under analysis. A mayday alert was issued seconds before the Boeing 787 Dreamliner lost thrust. Experts suspect dual engine failure, supported by the Ram Air Turbine deployment. No evidence of mechanical or design faults has been found so far, officials confirmed. (PC: HT)
