A judicial investigation into the June 4 Bengaluru stampede, during Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) IPL celebration event, has found RCB, Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), event manager DNA Entertainment, and Bengaluru Police collectively responsible. The report revealed all parties knew it was impossible to conduct the event safely due to expected overcrowding but still proceeded. The last-minute announcement, lack of coordination, and absence of crowd control measures led to chaos outside M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, where 11 people died and dozens were injured. An FIR for criminal negligence has been filed against all involved. (PC: X)
