At 2 am, Shah’s group activated a T82 encrypted device, revealing their Dachigam forest hideout. By 8 am, drones captured visuals; at 9:30 am, Rashtriya Rifles and Para SF moved in. Visual contact was made at 10 am; firing began by 11 am. By 11:45 am, Shah and two LeT terrorists were dead. At 12:45 pm, their bodies were confirmed and photographed.
