Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has strongly condemned the federal government for allegedly obstructing visa approvals for Imran Khan’s sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan. PTI’s Central Information Secretary Waqas stated both hold National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs), granting them constitutional rights to enter Pakistan. The party released tracking numbers confirming visa applications were submitted to the Pakistan High Commission in London. Aleema Khan clarified that one NICOP is missing and the other misplaced, prompting dual applications for NICOP and visa. PTI accused the government of cowardice and political fear. Conflicting government statements emerged, with some officials supporting entry and others warning against political activity due to their British nationality.
