Ayan Mukerji’s War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani, collected ₹300.50 crore worldwide in five days. The film made ₹240 crore in India and ₹60.50 crore overseas. With this, War 2 surpassed Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5, which earned ₹288.58 crore in its lifetime. Despite competition from Rajinikanth’s Coolie, which made ₹404 crore in its opening weekend, War 2 performed well globally.
