Heavy rain continues to batter Jammu, causing floods, landslides, and disruption across the region. At least 11 people have died, including seven on the Vaishno Devi yatra route and four in Doda. Rivers Tawi, Chenab, and Basantar are flowing above alert levels. Authorities imposed night curfew from 8 pm to 8 am and closed schools and offices. Highways and several roads remain blocked due to landslides. Indian Army teams are carrying out rescue operations and evacuating people from low-lying areas.
