Poland’s Armed Forces reported a large aerial attack by Russia on the night of September 9–10. Officials confirmed Russian drones entered NATO airspace over Poland, triggering a full defensive response. Allied aircraft, including US F-35 jets, were seen near Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, which closed briefly due to military activity. Ukraine’s Air Force also warned of Russian drones crossing into Poland during strikes on Ukraine. Defence24 said four Shahed drones entered Belarus as well. NATO increased its presence with Italian and Dutch planes. US Representative Joe Wilson called the attack on NATO airspace an “act of war” and urged more support for Ukraine. (PC: News18)
