US President Donald Trump said on Friday that a suspect in the sniper killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been arrested. “I think we have him,” Trump told Fox News, adding that a tipster turned the suspect in. Kirk, 30, co-founder of Turning Point USA, was shot dead Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University. A sniper fired one shot that struck his neck, causing panic among 3,000 people. The FBI earlier released photos of a person of interest. Trump called the killing a “heinous assassination” and announced Kirk would receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously. (PC: X)
